Who is this app for?
It is designed for families whose elderly relatives live independently. Instead of calling every day to ask if they are OK, you can see in the app that they have checked in and everything is fine.
What does my elderly relative need to do?
Tap one button. Their screen has only two large buttons: “I'm OK” and “SOS”. The app uses large text, high-contrast colors, and no menus or settings.
How do I connect a relative?
Create an invitation in the app to get a six-digit code and a QR code. Your relative enters the code on their device, and both of you join the same family. The code is valid for 10 minutes; if it expires, simply create a new one.
What happens if my relative does not check in?
The app reminds them automatically. If they still do not respond, you receive a notification so you can call them or visit them.
What happens when they press SOS?
You immediately receive an emergency alert with a link to their location on a map. The alert gets through even when quiet mode is enabled.
Does the app track their movements?
No. Location is requested only when the SOS button is pressed. The app does not track anyone continuously and has no background location access.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with your phone number and an SMS code, or use Telegram. There is no password to create or remember.
How much does it cost?
The first 90 days are free: one person to monitor and one family administrator. After that, “I'm OK” check-ins and reminders require a paid plan: Basic at $2.99/month or Extended at $3.99/month (the App Store and Google Play show the price in your local currency). SOS keeps working on every plan. Cancel at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Families get 90 days of the Free plan: one tracked member and one caregiver. After that, “I'm OK” check-ins and regular notifications require Basic or Extended. SOS keeps working, and your account and family connections are preserved.
Can I monitor several relatives?
Yes, on paid plans. You can also add a second administrator so that both you and a sibling, for example, receive notifications.
What if my elderly relative is not confident using a smartphone?
Install and configure the app for them. After setup, they only need to tap one button. You manage invitations, plans, and settings from your own device.
Is an internet connection required?
Yes, an internet connection is required to send check-ins and notifications. SOS sends push and SMS independently, including after a subscription expires. SMS is currently available for Russian numbers only, subject to sending limits.
How do I delete my account and data?
Delete your account in the app settings. Your account and associated data are removed together, with no separate request required.
